Minimum Requirements

  • Commit a minimum of 2 years of employment and development in our organization
  • Availability of a minimum of 50 hours per week, across at least 5 days per week

What will you be responsible for?

  • Support excellence in daily operations of a high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurant
  • Recruit, interview, and facilitate onboarding of all new team members
  • Create new‑hire training plans and collaborate with Trainers to execute training plans
  • Ensure compliance of all employment paperwork and organized record‑keeping
  • Facilitate uniform requests, orders, and uniform standards accountability
  • Ensure continuous evaluation and feedback on the team
  • Collaborate with Directors and Leaders on re‑training initiatives
  • Be an ambassador in interviews and recruiting calls/texts, representing restaurant values
  • Develop and manage a team of Trainers
  • Deliver genuine hospitality by smiling, making eye contact, and engaging warmly with guests
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area and work environment
  • Handle cash, register tills, and safe with utmost integrity and attention to detail
  • Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence
  • Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership
