Essential Job Functions:
Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently, handling an average of 40 calls per day to support client service needs
Maintain quality customer service with clients daily by providing consistent, timely and accurate service
Maintain and update client management systems as necessary
Manage requests such as processing applications, making policy changes, etc.
Create and send proof of insurance for clients, lienholders, and other interested parties
Increase industry and job knowledge as measured by attendance at continuing education, attaining, or updating designations, and participation in other agency training offerings
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, both internal and external
Meet new and renewal or project deadlines as set between you and your Leader
Organize time in advance so all work and projects are completed on time and with appropriate content and organization
Demonstrate the ability to expand knowledge by assuming new responsibilities in the department or working on department projects
Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
Credentials:
High School diploma or GED required, two or four-year degree preferred
Experience managing high call volumes or similar workload required
One year of customer service experience is preferred
Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic PowerPoint functions
Ability to obtain L&H license within 30 days of employment
