Responsibilities
Execute weekly PLACE lead generation strategies
Host at least two open houses monthly
Convert leads into scheduled appointments
Participate in weekly script practice
Attend team events and activities
Engage in weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
Guide buyers, secure agreements, and find properties
Prepare and negotiate purchase offers
Use PLACE Technology to track client interactions
