We’re hiring a Contract-to-Hire Senior Talent Partner to build the teams shaping the future of AI.

Our growth is fast, global, and talent-driven—and we need a recruiter who can deliver impact from day one. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a high-performing recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can quickly ramp to own critical hiring across North America, UK and Europe

What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML engineering, GenAI, data, cloud, GTM, and leadership roles
Build and engage hard-to-find, highly specialized AI talent pipelines across the US, Canada, UK, and Europe
Partner with global stakeholders to drive hiring outcomes with speed and precision
Leverage AI tools and advanced sourcing strategies to accelerate hiring while maintaining quality
Deliver a high-touch, human-centric candidate experience from first outreach to offer close
Bring market intelligence and real-time insights to influence hiring decisions

What We’re Looking For
Proven success hiring sophisticated AI/ML engineering talent in competitive markets
Strong experience in contract or high-urgency hiring environments with immediate impact
Ability to use AI-enabled recruiting tools across sourcing, screening, and engagement
Deep understanding of US and EMEA talent markets
A balance of speed, structure, and candidate obsession
Workday ATS experience is desirable
