Location: Hybrid Onsite in Chicago IL (Need Locals)

Visa Status: Independent Consultant

Job Description:
Must have:
· Experience supporting enterprise programs or internal engagement initiatives
· Familiarity with CMS or content management platforms

o Experience creating and manage campaign project plans, communication schedules, task tracking, and delivery timelines
o Coordinate campaign execution activities across multiple concurrent initiatives
o Develop and publish internal campaign materials including:

Position Overview
Hyatt is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Innovation Program Coordinator to support a global internal innovation and engagement program. This role is responsible for the operational coordination, campaign execution, communications management, and stakeholder support necessary to ensure successful delivery of enterprise innovation initiatives across business teams.
This is not a product innovation or technical innovation strategy role. The position is focused on internal program operations, campaign coordination, communications execution, stakeholder management, and organizational support within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in highly visible, cross-functional environments and is comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives involving internal stakeholders, communications deliverables, reporting, scheduling, and digital content updates.
Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, polished communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables with minimal oversight.

The selected candidate will help operationalize and support internal innovation campaigns by coordinating timelines, managing communications, updating internal platforms, supporting reporting efforts, and ensuring initiatives run smoothly from launch through post-campaign analysis.
This role is highly collaborative and requires strong partnership with internal business stakeholders, program leadership, and operational teams.

Core Responsibilities:
· Participate in campaign kickoff and stakeholder alignment meetings to understand initiative goals, timelines, and communication requirements
· Gather and document stakeholder needs, project details, and campaign requirements
·
· Support communication planning and execution for internal innovation and engagement campaigns
· Monitor project progress, follow up with stakeholders, and provide status reporting to program leadership
· Develop post-campaign reports, summaries, and presentation materials for leadership review
· Analyze participation feedback, campaign outcomes, and operational insights to identify opportunities for improvement
· Assist with presentation development, reporting dashboards, and executive-ready materials
· Ensure campaign deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule in a fast-paced enterprise environment

Required Experience
· 3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
o Program Coordination
o Project Coordination
o Internal Communications
o Marketing Coordination
o Client Services
o PMO Support
o Corporate Communications
· Strong experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience coordinating stakeholders and managing follow-up activities across teams
· Strong organizational and detail-oriented execution skills
· Experience creating presentations, reports, and communication materials for professional audiences
· Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
· Strong ability to manage timelines, priorities, and evolving responsibilities

Preferred Skills
· Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
· Experience with internal campaign coordination or communications rollout support
· Comfortable interacting with leadership and cross-functional business teams
· Ability to synthesize information into polished reports, summaries, and presentation materials
· Experience working in hospitality, corporate services, or enterprise operational environments is a plus
