The role of the Sales Associate will be focused on building strong relationships with new and existing customers to demonstrate that A&B can offer the best solutions for every business need.

Major Goals and Responsibilities:

The following job responsibilities are intended to reflect the major responsibilities of the job, but do not describe the minor duties or other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities. Incumbent will be required to satisfactorily perform all essential functions of the job.

Directly responsible for developing new and existing customers

Provide recommendations to current and new clients regarding services A&B can provide

Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards

Conduct customer business reviews and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company

Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events

Develop effective business plan for assigned geographic territory

Track activity and manage time, utilize CRM

Be able to work as an independent self-starter creating new business opportunities

Create the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction

Maintain a positive relationship with our American Solutions for Business (ASB) support team

Stay up to date on the current trends in the promotional and print markets.

Build relationships with preferred vendors including attending their showcases throughout the year

Understand the capabilities of the American Solutions for Business (ASB) ecommerce (ACES) platform

Perform other duties as assigned by sales management

Participate as a “team player” by providing constant support to others and be able to work as an independent self-starter creating new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the necessary qualifications, but are not limited to the following:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Sales and/or customer service background
