Responsibilities

Onboard accounting and bookkeeping firms onto company platforms and ensure successful adoption

Understand customer business needs and translate them into effective software solutions

Manage end-to-end implementation, including timelines, milestones, and expectations

Work with multiple customers simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Identify and resolve workflow, process, and technical challenges

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver solution outcomes

Track progress and remove blockers to keep implementations on schedule

Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and improvement opportunities.
