Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join their team. This pivotal role will primarily focus on driving sales and building pipeline within direct employer opportunities. The ideal candidate is a passionate and tenacious individual ready to contribute significantly to the company's next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the full sales cycle for direct employer sales opportunities
Actively drive deals to close with persistence and tenacity
Employ creative thinking to identify and pursue sales opportunities
Contribute to pipeline generation, including personal lead generation efforts in addition to working leads from SDRs
Collaborate closely with internal leadership teams to align strategies and support sales efforts
Navigate and manage sales opportunities involving brokers
Quickly absorb knowledge about their product, market, and sales approach
Qualifications and Requirements
Prior startup experience is essential
Healthcare sales background is helpful
Demonstrated hunger, passion, and persistence
Strong professional presence and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote-friendly environment
Strong learning agility and ability to quickly absorb new information
