Senior Email Strategist
to elevate client performance, deepen strategic impact, and contribute to the next phase of company growth.
This is a
high-impact, client-facing role
focused on strategy, performance, and retention. You will own lifecycle marketing strategy across multiple brands, working alongside a Project Manager and execution team.

The Role
As the
Senior Email Strategist , you will:
Own
strategy development and performance
for 5–8 eCommerce clients
Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive
retention, LTV, and revenue growth
Act as a trusted strategic partner to clients
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop high-impact
email and lifecycle marketing strategies
Own segmentation, automation architecture, and campaign planning
Create content calendars and strategic direction (execution handled by team)
Lead A/B testing and continuous optimization
Bring forward innovative, data-backed ideas
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track performance, revenue attribution, and ROI
Deliver clear insights and recommendations in weekly/monthly reports
Identify opportunities to improve
retention and lifetime value
Client Relationship Management
Manage relationships with 5–8 clients
Lead client calls and communicate performance and strategy
Act as the primary strategic partner
Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
Execution Oversight
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and implementation teams
Ensure all deliverables align with strategy and deadlines
Work with Project Managers to maintain smooth workflows

Expert in
eCommerce lifecycle / retention marketing
Strong strategic thinker with clear communication skills
Detail-oriented with high quality standards
Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote agency environment
Strong client-facing presence and relationship builder
Creative and analytical in equal measure
Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts
Proven experience in
email marketing for eCommerce brands
Strong knowledge of
Klaviyo or similar ESPs
Deep understanding of
deliverability, best practices, and CAN-SPAM
Experience working in agency or high-growth environments (preferred)
4-day work week (Mon–Thurs)
