Overview
In this role, you will lead and grow a major e-commerce channel, managing relationships with key stakeholders and driving strategic sales initiatives. You will collaborate across product, marketing, operations, and analytics teams to optimize performance, enhance merchandising, and execute marketing campaigns that maximize return on investment. Accountabilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders to support growth strategies for the Amazon US channel
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product Development, Operations, Demand Planning, Data Analytics, Creative, and Finance to drive business objectives
Develop and manage sales forecasts, replenishment orders, and inventory planning in alignment with demand planning
Optimize product content, merchandising, brand stores, and promotional campaigns in partnership with marketing and creative teams
Analyze competitive positioning to inform sales strategies, negotiate contractual reviews, and implement counter‑strategies to remain competitive
Present business performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations to sales, global, and executive teams
Manage additional e‑commerce channel partnerships as assigned to drive overall growth
Requirements
5+ years of experience executing growth strategies for a reputable brand on Amazon
Proven experience managing 1P Amazon partnerships, with knowledge of 3P channels (FBA, FBM) and Direct Fulfillment
Expertise in content and paid marketing, including A+ Content, Brand Store, Sponsored Ads, Search, and DSP
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive overall business results
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with flexibility to work across teams
Analytical skills for margin analysis, sales forecasting, and inventory management
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in consumer electronics or PC components a plus
Willingness to travel as required and fluency in English
