About the role
We’re looking for a

Director, Content Marketing

who is equal parts storyteller and performance strategist — a creative leader who understands how ideas, emotions, and narrative structure drive measurable business outcomes.

You’ll own the creative vision for performance content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and emerging channels. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team to craft scroll-stopping concepts, shape brand narratives, and build story-driven content frameworks engineered for conversion.

You bring the instincts of a creative director, the curiosity of a strategist, and the rigor of a performance marketer. Your ideas don’t just look good — they win.

What You'll Do

Manage and inspire a team of creative strategists, copywriters, designers, and editors to deliver high-output, high-impact creative.

Build a creative team culture centered around experimentation, emotional resonance, and data-backed improvement

Mentor your team in combining visual craft, storytelling, psychology, and platform behavior into content that drives results

Creative Strategy That Converts

Own the creative strategy for acquisition campaigns across all performance channels.

Translate consumer insights, cultural trends, and data patterns into compelling creative directions and narratives.

Define the hooks, angles, story structures, and value props that consistently move the needle on CTR, CVR, and ROAS.

Create strategic playbooks that turn creative intuition into scalable, repeatable success.

Story-Driven Content Development

Oversee concepting and production of platform-native content — UGC, creator-led videos, motion graphics, static ads, story-driven scripts, and short‑form series.

Ensure every asset has a clear emotional driver, tension point, and resolution that aligns with the consumer’s needs and motivations.

Elevate performance creative with strong storytelling craft, visual identity, and brand voice while staying focused on conversion.

Break down performance data to uncover creative truths — what stories resonate, what hooks capture attention, what formats convert.

Build fast, iterative test cycles that turn insights into new angles, narratives, and creative hypotheses.

Partner with Growth and Analytics to create a feedback loop that ties creative decisions directly to performance metrics.

Identify winning patterns in scripts, visuals, pacing, messaging, and emotional triggers.

Use AI tools for ideation, script variation, creative scoring, and rapid iteration.

Explore new storytelling formats, creator partnerships, and platform-native styles to stay ahead of trends.

Bring a future‑facing mindset to everything — from creative development to team workflows

What You Bring

8+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance content, or digital storytelling

4+ years leading creative teams

A portfolio showcasing content and campaigns that drove measurable performance outcomes.

Expertise in direct-response storytelling, consumer psychology, and platform-native creative.

Ability to translate data into creative direction, insights, and narrative frameworks.

Strong communication and leadership presence, with the ability to champion creative vision and performance rigor.

Experience in health and wellness is a plus.

Benefits & Compensation
Salary: $120,000 – $170,000 (based on experience and interview performance)
