We’re hiring.
Oury is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who knows how to turn songs into viral moments, especially on TikTok.
This is not an entry-level role. We are searching for someone who has already worked on viral dance music records and understands what it takes to scale songs to millions of streams through creator activation and smart strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Own and execute influencer & creator campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc., with a strong focus on song seeding and UGC growth
Develop TikTok-first strategies for new releases and scale campaigns based on performance
Source, book, and manage creators, including pricing negotiation and performance control
Build and maintain a strong creator network (niche + mainstream), including agencies and partners
Pitch songs and campaign concepts to artists and creators, aligned with the artist’s vision and positioning
Monitor trends, platform shifts, and emerging creators daily, reacting quickly to opportunities
Track campaign performance (UGC, engagement, creator output) and optimize in real time
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across different releases
Analyze KPIs and translate data into actionable insights for scaling campaigns
Manage and publish content across owned channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), ensuring platform-native optimization and brand consistency
Act as a social output specialist, refining posting strategies based on trends and platform behavior
Support overall digital campaigns (social, web, email) from planning to reporting
Handle light creative tasks (Adobe Suite: resizing, adapting assets, basic edits)
Coordinate production workflows (asset sourcing, QA, working with designers, videographers, external partners)
Collaborate internally and join artist calls to align on marketing strategy
Contribute to creative ideation, partnerships, and audience growth initiatives
What You Bring

Proven experience in dance music marketing (techno, house, hard techno, EDM, trance, etc.)
Deep understanding of TikTok trends, formats, and algorithm behavior
Existing network of TikTok creators
Strong knowledge of creator pricing and negotiation
Experience working on songs that achieved viral traction
Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
Fast execution, high adaptability, and strong ownership mindset
Excellent communication skills (artists + internal team)
Full-time availability
