After the interview, the team will decide whether or not you'll be a great fit. If the decision has been made to hire, you will be trained according the position you're being hired for.
What you'll be doing
Leading the marketing team in a responsible and efficient manner.
Liaising with the other team leaders to collaborate and support each other's departments.
Running the network's social media accounts.
Running events and competitions on the server's forums.
Promoting server operations, competitions, sales and events.
Requirements
Knowledge of Minecraft and passion for helping others.
The ability to lead efficiently
The ability to communicate clearly and positively through written and spoken English using formal language with correct grammar and spelling.
Comfort working independently—in some cases you will be the only team member online.
Knowledge on how to use Twitter and the Website's forums.
The following skills would also contribute to your role on the team:
Strong Writing Skills
Experience working remotely on a team
Experience in marketing
Graphic design skills
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop CC
Knowledge of Microsoft word and Apple Pages.
