Liaising with the other team leaders to collaborate and support each others departments. Running the networks social media accounts. Running events and competitions on the servers forums. Promoting server operations, competitions, sales and events. Requirements Knowledge of Minecraft and passion for helping others. The ability to lead efficiently The ability to communicate clearly and positively through written and spoken English using formal language with correct grammar and spelling. Comfort working independently—in some cases you will be the only team member online. Knowledge on how to use Twitter and the Websites forums. The following skills would also contribute to your role on the team: Strong Writing Skills Experience working remotely on a team Experience in marketing Graphic design skills Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop CC Knowledge of Microsoft word and Apple Pages.
