As a Paid Media Account Manager, your expertise in Google and Meta Ads will be the cornerstone of your role. You will lead high-stakes client relationships, develop data-driven strategies, and remain hands-on keyboard, actively managing and optimizing campaigns to drive maximum performance. Role & Responsibilities

Manage 4 to 8 high-stakes accounts, taking full ownership of client relationships, campaign performance, and growth targets
Apply expert knowledge of Google and Meta Ads to develop and adjust bid strategies, optimize budget allocations, and execute performance adjustments for maximum ROI
Lead weekly or biweekly client meetings, present budget recommendations, and pitch campaign strategies aligned with client business goals
Act as a trusted advisor by delivering clear, data-backed insights and proactive strategic recommendations
Own monthly and quarterly reporting narratives, surfacing meaningful performance stories
Identify account risks and opportunities early and drive proactive solutions
Stay ahead of industry trends and apply innovative strategies to maximize client success
Support the growth and development of Account Strategists and Coordinators on your pod
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in paid media, ideally within a high-growth agency or performance-driven environment
Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a track record of driving measurable campaign success
Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders and lead client conversations with confidence and clarity
Experience managing complex accounts in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable navigating ambiguity and making independent decisions
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a relentless commitment to excellence
A history of proven achievements, in and outside of professional settings, that demonstrate top-performer caliber
