Summary of Position ► As a Senior Analyst, you will play an active role in coordinating, developing, and delivering consulting and research projects across a wide range of pricing, reimbursement, and market access areas. This role requires strong analytical capacity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to contribute independently while collaborating effectively within project teams.

Education & Work Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of pharma‑bio pricing, reimbursement, and market access experience

MS in bio‑pharma marketing or MBA with 1+ years of pharma‑bio pricing, reimbursement, and market access experience

Industry Knowledge:

Excellent knowledge and understanding of the bio‑pharma/ drug market access landscape and commercialization process

Solid understanding of key issues and current developments in the bio‑pharma industry

Domain Expertise: Able to articulate and understand nuances in market access and reimbursement across payer types, channels and therapeutic categories

Knowledge of key issues and current developments in commercializing in the US

Basic knowledge of US vs Global Bio‑Pharma Markets

Verbal and Written Communication Skills:

Proficient in writing “client ready” reports and presentations in both PowerPoint and WORD

Ability to understand and outline key project objectives for the presentation of a good story flow

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work and communicate effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team and client goals

Quantitative Skills:

Demonstrated analytical ability with multiple data sources, e.g., formulary coverage data, prescription volume and sales data

Good to have

Ability to succinctly summarize complex data analysis results in an organized fashion

Independent contributor in analytical project deliverables

Proven problem‑solving skills

Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and use of basic AI tools, e.g., ChatGPT

Qualitative Skills: Proficiency in conducting secondary desktop research using internet tools and library resources

Independently develops first drafts of research discussion guides

Demonstrated ability collecting and analyzing information using primary research, e.g., in‑depth phone interviews and Ad Boards and summarizing results in a presentation‑ready format

Develops research project plans, timelines and methodologies

Ability to think creatively and develop key findings and client learnings, where needed

Project Execution: Manages project(s) related work streams within larger projects

Conducts web/phone interviews with healthcare stakeholders, e.g., payers, physicians and administrators

Create presentations for clients with limited support from senior staff

Strong ability to think creatively and create innovative solutions for clients

Significant contributor to a project team’s success

Strong capability in managing multiple priorities and consistently delivering high quality work

Client Interaction & Management: Direct interaction with client team members under supervision, supports and presents at client meetings with senior staff

Business Development: Assists in development and writing of proposals with senior staff, identifies and qualifies new opportunities and leads with current and new clients, researches and tracks competitive landscape and presents results to client teams

Team Work and Leadership: Adaptable/flexible, performs well under pressure and in a cross‑cultural team environment, able to work effectively within a team environment on project team goals, presents a self‑confident, positive attitude

Project P & L: Participates in development of project scope, pricing and resource allocation, supports company initiatives

Internal BU Initiatives: Brings new ideas to BU and organization for enhancing client deliverables and organizational processes; innovation takes initiative and proactive effort in bringing new ideas and methodologies to client deliverables

Performance and Growth Plan: Semi‑annual and annual performance reviews, end‑of‑project feedback

Independent oversight: Opportunities to independently oversee design, development and delivery of projects and manage small teams
