About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-oriented Key Account Manager DACH to join our AVA (Audio & Headphones) Business Unit.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic retail and distribution accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
You will play a key role in expanding TP Vision’s AVA business by developing strong customer partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving profitable growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop strategic key accounts across the DACH region
Drive sales growth and profitability for the AVA product portfolio
Develop and execute account plans aligned with regional business objectives
Build long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners
Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels
Negotiate annual agreements, pricing, promotions, and commercial terms
Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and ensure accurate pipeline management
Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, supply chain, and finance teams
Ensure excellent in-store and online product visibility and activation
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to define winning strategies
Track KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary
Represent the voice of the customer internally and drive customer-centric initiatives
Support product launches, phase-in/phase-out activities, and portfolio optimization
Ensure compliance with financial agreements and payment terms
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales
Experience within consumer electronics, audio, accessories, or related industries preferred
Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of delivering sales growth
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment
Entrepreneurial attitude with hands‑on mentality
Fluent in German and English
Strong understanding of retail and distribution dynamics within the DACH market
Experience working with major retail and e-commerce partners is a strong advantage
