Regional Sales Manager – Health & Nutrition – Southeast

Remote – Southeast U.S.

Compensation:

Up to $150K/Year (Base salary, Bonus)

What you’re up to

Sell Health Ingredients to Dietary Supplement CDMOs and brand owners across the territory.

Develop and execute the annual sales budget for the territory to hit volume and revenue targets.

Provide commercial sales leadership and strategic initiatives for South Eastern North America, reporting to the Director of Sales.

Maintain and expand the customer base through regular visits and proactive engagement.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities—win reputable new logos and expand share of wallet with existing accounts.

Monitor sales performance and variances; ensure alignment with financial and performance objectives.

Deliver accurate forecasts and strategic account plans based on data analysis and market trends.

Build deep product knowledge, including specifications and scientific documentation.

Own customer complaints and technical issues; coordinate with Tech Service for timely resolution.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align regional activities with company objectives.

Partner with Accounting on receivables and support collections as needed.

Keep CRM data accurate and current for all opportunities, following company policy.

Prepare and analyze MIS reports; drive action plans to achieve territory targets efficiently.

Who we’re looking for

Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales with strong relationships in the Nutraceutical sector (Ingredients/Capsules).

Territory Experience (must-have): Proven track record selling nutraceutical ingredients in the U.S. Southeast region.

Core Sales Skills: Planning, forecasting, negotiation, sales process management, pipeline hygiene, and market mapping.

Interpersonal: Strong relationship builder; self-starter who performs under pressure and works independently.

Travel: ~30% within the U.S. and Canada for customer meetings.
