Slice Merchant Services is seeking a driven and ambitious Inside Sales Manager to manage a team of our Outside Sales Representatives (Nationwide).

EXPERIENCE THAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

At least 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) cold calling, networking, and closing experience is a MUST

Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills

Strong work ethic with a drive to succeed

Proven outside or inside sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals

BELOW ARE A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED:

Strong phone sales ability, with an assertive, positive, persistent style

Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills

Goal-oriented and ambitious with the capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas

Support and Manage a Team of Outside Sales Representative Nationwide

Daily Communication with your team about their day-to-day activity

Pipeline Management and daily lead disposition

Develop strong business relationships with sales representatives on your team while you both are closing business owners on our products and services.

Collaborate with your Sales Rep to prepare and present competitive sales proposals
