$87,000 – $125,000+ per year (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Responsibilities

Make 100+ outbound calls daily using provided leads

Quote and sell Auto, Home, and other P&C insurance products

Build and manage a consistent, organized sales pipeline

Meet or exceed monthly production goals (40+ items/month)

Follow up with prospects and deliver strong customer experience

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty License (required for remote role)

1+ year of sales experience (commission-based preferred)

1+ year of remote experience

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Comfortable working remotely in a high-activity environment

Strong communication, organization, and closing skills

Preferred Qualifications

Insurance sales experience (Allstate, State Farm, or similar)

Competitive background (sales, athletics, or similar)

Experience working remotely or independently
