We’re looking for a hands-on

Outbound Marketing & Revenue Lead

to turn large-scale datasets into revenue.

You will own the full outbound funnel—from writing copy and launching campaigns to optimizing conversions, routing inbound calls, and analyzing performance. The infrastructure is already built. Your job is to

make it convert and scale .

This is an execution-heavy role for someone who thrives in performance environments and cares about measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
1. Write and optimize high-converting copy for:

SMS campaigns

Ringless voicemail (RVM) scripts

Email (subject lines and body)

Landing pages

2. Run continuous

A/B tests

across messaging, offers, and pages

3. Own funnel performance end-to-end: Outbound send → response → qualified lead/call → revenue

4. Track and analyze key metrics:

Conversion rates

Cost per lead / qualified call

Revenue per campaign and buyer

ROI by channel and cohort

5. Set up and optimize

IVR flows (Telnyx)

for inbound calls

6. Route calls using platforms like

Ringba or Retreaver

to maximize revenue

7. Work with large datasets (millions of records) and execute campaigns at scale

8. Identify performance gaps and continuously iterate on what to test next

Qualifications

Proven experience in

performance marketing or direct response copywriting

Strong background in

outbound campaigns

(SMS, email, cold outreach, etc.)

Experience managing or executing

high-volume campaigns

Hands-on experience with

A/B testing and conversion optimization

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance data

Clear understanding of

funnels and unit economics (CPA, CVR, ROI, revenue per lead)

Self-starter who can execute with minimal oversight

Fluent English (written and professional)

Full-time availability aligned with

EST hours
