About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Ad Operations Specialist with marketing or analytics background to join our team. As an Ad Operations Specialist you will provide comprehensive support and assist in various marketing tasks. The ideal candidate should possess a hunger for success, a marketing background, proficiency with technology, adaptability to new tools, and familiarity with Google Suite. This is a full-time position working with our US team.

Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Operations (60%):

Set up and optimize paid advertising campaigns

Manage day-to-day campaign performance

Create performance reports

Execute platform-specific optimizations

Monitor and adjust campaign budgets

Handle creative asset management

2. Analytics & Insights (40%):

Analyze campaign data

Build and maintain dashboards

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Generate performance insights and recommendations

Track and analyze KPIs across marketing channels

Develop automated reporting solutions

Required Skills:

Platform expertise: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager

Analytics tools: Google Analytics, Power BI/Tableau (optional), etc

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

Marketing certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint)

Strong data visualization abilities

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Compensation:
The gross compensation range is $800-1,600 USD/month depending on experience.

Location:
100% remote position. Work hours: EST timezone.
