We’re partnering with a fast-growing eCommerce performance team looking for high-level Media Buyers who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to scale aggressively.
This is not a “set and forget” role — you’ll be deeply involved in performance, testing, and scaling campaigns across DTC brands. If you live and breathe paid media and want a role where performance = real upside, this is for you.
What You’ll Do
Manage, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns for DTC/eCommerce brands
Own performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, MER, and LTV
Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels
Monitor campaigns daily and react quickly to performance changes
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to unlock growth opportunities

Starting salary: $3,000 – $4,000/month (based on experience)

Junior → Senior → Strategist
