Responsibilities

Partner with Senior Director, business leaders and integrations to ensure enhancements and requested functionality are developed and implemented in a timely manner and to the requirements of the partners.
Participate in the execution of strategic plans commensurate with immediate planned HMC partnership growth
Lead efforts to upgrade and enhance current integrations between HCM systems to ensure optimization, partner success and automation
Compile and maintain a thorough understanding of the systems and capabilities of the key competitors within the HCM market, developing a competitive analysis against our systems.
Create impactful new business pitches and understand prospective partner system requirements to build strategies for making technology a core competitive advantage in our current as well as in any new partnership opportunities.
Supervise; train, mentor, discipline and delegate work to dedicated team.
Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders internally & externally
Partner and collaborate cross-functionally to drive mutual commitment to common targets and goals. This includes developing and maintaining strong customer relationships internally.
Coach and lead team members and consultants, assign tasks and production support backlog
Technical lead for HCM project initiatives. Work closely with the PMO team to ensure successful implementation of new capabilities and solutions.
Meet regularly with partners across the organization to understand their business needs and strategic objectives
Develop a success factors roadmap to scale and implement capabilities that enable our strategies specific to Intuit, Trinet and other key partnerships.
Collaborate with the development team for integrations and enhancements development and maintenance.
Maintain regular account contact to ensure positioning and alignment of Human Interest with assigned accounts.
Initiate and deliver proposed solutions to meet the needs of the assigned partners and ensure customer health.
Maintain customer satisfaction and serve as the primary escalation point for any top partnership integration issues that arise.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership to develop specific account management plans to meet assigned needs and an overall strategy to optimize sales and retention opportunities.
Management of existing revenue, partner opportunities, quota, funnels and forecasts consistent with National Regions, sales and operational goals and objectives.
Act as a strategic advisor and leader to bring your expertise to our organization to grow and evolve existing team dedicated to strategic partnerships
Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering leaders to define priorities and roadmaps and execute on the strategy for initiatives with new partner organizations
Build joint business plans with our HCM partners for initiatives, including end-to-end GTM plans as well as a robust set of KPIs, success metrics and joint accountability
Partner with our legal team to renew and review partnership agreements and repeatable templates to scale to broader ecosystem partnerships
Work with our CRO and senior-leadership team to manage executive-level contacts within identified key partnerships.
Develop consistent reporting and define KPI’s and MBO’s to support QBRs, and C-level stakeholder management hindsight reviews.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Attend partner events and design impactful and engaging programs to boost partnership momentum

8+ years of experience in Partnership, Sales and or business development
3+ years of experience with innovative strategic partnerships for consumer-facing, web services and SAAS products
Demonstrated ability to bring impactful strategic deals to life from conception to execution
Experience in business development for consumer-facing software products and services
Proven ability to act as both an influential leader and hands-on practitioner in the planning and execution of our national partner ecosystem
Advanced CRM experience to manage the partner referral tracking process and forecast partner bookings
Exceptional communication skills; written and verbal
Strong understanding of the Human Interest partner process, demands and needs for continued success
Willing to flex with constant change and day-to-day competing priorities

Compensation

At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $205,000 - $235,000 which includes a base salary of $165,000-$185,000, and a variable target compensation of $40,000-$50,000. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered.
