Vice President of Sales (Labor & Trust)

Storm3, New York, NY, USA

Pay: 100.000 - 125.000

Job type: Full Time

Regional Vice President of Sales – Labor & Trust
National (Remote with travel)

Our client is transforming how employers and health plans pay for high-cost specialty care. Through a Centers of Excellence model, they connect members with top-rated providers across oncology, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and other complex care categories — delivering bundled, episode-based payments that eliminate waste, improve outcomes, and dramatically reduce costs for plan sponsors.

They’re expanding into the Labor & Trust market — bringing their proven COE model to union members and their families through Taft-Hartley funds, multi-employer health and welfare trusts, and joint labor-management plans.

What You'll Do

Own and grow sales across the Labor & Trust channel nationally, driving new revenue with Taft-Hartley funds, multi-employer health and welfare trusts, and union-affiliated health plans

Develop and execute strategic territory plans targeting fund administrators, union trustees, and the consultants and TPAs who serve them

Lead the full sales cycle from pipeline generation and fund education to proposal, negotiation, and close

Build consultative relationships with union trustees (labor and management-side), fund administrators, benefit consultants, and brokers who specialize in the labor market

Navigate joint labor-management governance structures and present compellingly to boards of trustees with fiduciary responsibility

Accurately forecast and report sales performance while maintaining robust CRM pipeline hygiene

Partner cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, product, and customer success teams to refine the COE value proposition for the unique needs and priorities of labor trust funds

Proven sales professional with 10+ years in B2B healthcare or benefits sales, with direct experience in the Labor & Trust / Taft-Hartley market

Track record selling complex healthcare or benefits solutions to multi-employer funds, union health plans, or the consultants and TPAs who advise them

Deep familiarity with Taft-Hartley plan governance, ERISA compliance requirements, and the fiduciary culture of joint trustee boards

Strong consultative selling skills and executive presence — equally comfortable presenting to a board of trustees as to a fund administrator or benefits consultant

Understanding of the union member population and the value of reducing out-of-pocket costs and improving surgical outcomes for blue-collar and service-sector workers

Established network of relationships across the labor market — with funds, administrators, and/or labor-side consultants — is a significant plus

Comfortable managing complex, long-cycle deals with multi-stakeholder approval processes in a high-growth, mission-driven environment

Willingness to travel regularly to conferences, trustee meetings, and fund offices nationwide (e.g., NCCMP, IFEBP, regional labor conferences)

Drive meaningful impact by expanding access to high-quality, affordable specialty care for union members and their families

Be part of a continued growth story as a leader in value-based benefits solutions — now entering an underserved and high-potential market

Competitive compensation with significant performance upside and uncapped commissions

Collaborative, purpose-driven team and a supportive, mission-aligned culture

Remote role with national scope and the flexibility to work where the labor market takes you
