Use smart tools and AI assistants (like
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, ElevenLabs,

Product Marketing and Acquisition , to plan and create content for
go‑to‑market campaigns and paid strategies .
Analyse performance data to refine strategies,
test new ideas, experiment with content formats, and identify what drives engagement and conversion .
Work with the Social Media and Content Lead
to find gaps in the workflow and streamline processes using automation or AI tools (like
n8n or Cursor ) to save time and maximise output.
Explore and experiment with emerging AI tools
to enhance creativity and speed up content variation testing.

Strong written and spoken
English and Bahasa Malaysia , with good grammar and an understanding of cultural nuances.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in social media management, content creation, or a related field.
A deep understanding of the

and
CapCut .

gather, analyse, and act on data
to create high‑performing content – using insights to test, iterate, and refine strategies for growth.
Active
social media listening skills

Creative, adaptable, and resourceful
– able to solve problems quickly and think beyond the obvious.
Strong
organisational and time‑management
skills – able to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
A
