Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Conduct 7-8 field visits daily to dealers, retailers, architects, and project sites.
Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network.
Generate new leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
Promote Madeline Floors products, schemes, and new launches.
Ensure product display, sampling, and brand visibility at dealer outlets.
Collect and share market and competitor insights with management.
Update all daily activities, visits, and orders in Unolo/CRM accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timely dispatch.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Field sales and territory management experience
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic reporting and mobile app/CRM usage
Market intelligence and relationship-building skills
