What We’re Looking For
1-2 years of proven wholesale mortgage experience (Non-QM highly preferred) or current experience as an Account Manager within the wholesale mortgage space wanting to get into the Sales production side of the business
Sharp attention to detail and the ability to move quickly.
Strong knowledge of email marketing and outreach strategies.
A problem-solver with a solution-focused mindset.
A self-starter with the drive to make money and crush goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and grow relationships with mortgage bankers and brokers nationwide.
Focus on selling — originate loans and hand them off to our support staff.
Partner closely with brokers and internal teams to move loans smoothly from submission to close.
Work directly with senior leadership on strategy, goals, and growth plans.
Meet or exceed production targets and reporting expectations.
No NMLS license required (except Nevada and Hawaii).
Confidently use mortgage tech tools to manage your pipeline and maximize results.
