QSROnline seeks a strategic and hands-on Marketing Team Lead to own and execute our marketing sales process. In this role, you'll lead a small but growing team of contractors (website specialist, social media specialist, content specialist, and lead generation specialist) and work cross-functionally with our Sales team and Account Executives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and marketing support for our portfolio of restaurant clients.

This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a high-performing marketing engine inside a fast-growing SaaS company.

Responsibilities:
Own the marketing sales process from strategy to execution, aligning closely with the Sales team
Lead and delegate tasks to a team of contractors (website, social media, content, and lead gen specialists)
Personally execute key marketing activities when needed
Develop and manage content strategies to support brand positioning, clarify what services we provide to restaurants and overall sales enablement
Oversee digital advertising initiatives to increase lead volume and optimize conversion rates
Create and analyze marketing reports to track campaign performance, ROI, and funnel efficiency
Collaborate with Account Executives to support strategic accounts and brand-specific marketing campaigns
Help define and evolve the marketing tech stack as the company scales
Maintain brand consistency across all digital and customer-facing touchpoints
Requirements:

3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, Restaurant Marketing, or related industries
Proven experience managing or leading a small marketing team
Strong understanding of content strategy, digital advertising, and performance analytics
Experience with the following tools/platforms is preferred:
Zoho CRM and Zoho email campaign workflows
Figma and Canva for visual asset creation
Mailchimp for email marketing
Asana Task Management Platform
