(postcards, event graphics, guides, PopBy items) • Manage social media posts for listings, events, and real estate content • Prepare and mail postcards, gifts, and prospecting campaigns • Photograph buyer homes and assist with listing setup • Support client events: venue research, supplies, setup/tear‑down, photography • Manage office supplies, branded items, and vendor coordination • Provide general admin support, including receipts and team communications Qualifications:

Required:

• Canva proficiency • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Strong Microsoft Office skills (including mail merge) • Excellent organization and attention to detail • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

• Real estate or event planning experience • Familiarity with Google Keep, Dropbox, SEO, or analytics Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
