Marketing Communication Specialist
A Marketing Communication Specialist coordinates the development and design of a company's promotional materials, spreading brand awareness and assisting the marketing team.

Responsibilities

Designing and creating online marketing content, including newsletters, brochures, and promotional emails.

Collaborating with design and public relations to create white papers, infographics, and marketing videos.

Tracking and recording the performance of marketing campaigns and presenting this information to the marketing department.

Identifying the effectiveness of marketing material by tracking metrics including conversion rates, customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction.

Reviewing and analyzing consumer data to identify effective marketing strategies and successful ways to increase brand awareness.

Assisting with the return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns.

Networking with potential customers and industry professionals to grow brand awareness and promote the company products.

Contacting and maintaining relationships with the decision makers and marketing teams for existing and new groups that are onboarded.

Setting up on-site visits, workshops, in-person seminars, and online webinars with all existing and new groups on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments including graphic design, public relations, advertising, as well as vendors, contractors, and freelancers.

Excellent interpersonal skills for representing the organization in public, during media events and product launches, product demonstrations, and while participating at trade shows.

Project management experience and time‑management skills for juggling numerous time‑sensitive projects simultaneously; familiarity with project management software is an asset.

Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and sharing this information with other team members; working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs, and features is a must, with experience in web page development or graphic design.

Ability to provide information on previous campaigns, projects and timelines overseen and implemented to demonstrate overall capabilities.

MUST have superior customer relations phone skills.

Preferred Tools

HubSpot, CRM, Eventbrite, Mailchimp, Zoom experience and proficiency with Microsoft 365.
