Citizens of Humanity Group is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Los Angeles. We are looking for a highly creative, culturally aware digital storyteller with a deep understanding of the evolving social landscape and a strong instinct for what resonates online.This role will work across both women's and men's divisions, helping shape and elevate the digital presence of our brands through compelling, brand-right content and thoughtful storytelling. The ideal candidate is immersed in fashion, culture, and social media trends, with a strong eye for aesthetics, community engagement, and emerging platforms.Working closely with the Communications & Brand Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative, and PR teams, this person will help drive brand awareness, audience growth, and digital engagement while ensuring a cohesive and elevated voice across all channels.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand, marketing, and e-commerce goalsManage day-to-day social media platforms across all channelsCreate compelling content for social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channelsOversee copywriting to ensure messaging is thoughtful, engaging, and aligned with each brand's voiceHelp shape and evolve each brand's online personality and digital community presenceTranslate broader brand and marketing initiatives – including sustainability, craftsmanship, product storytelling, and partnerships – into engaging social contentIdentify opportunities to grow audience, engagement, and conversion across platformsPartner closely with PR and Marketing teams on influencer strategy and identify creators aligned with the brands' aesthetic and valuesManage creator partnerships, including day-to-day communication with talent and agenciesTrack, analyze, and report on social performance including engagement, growth, traffic, and conversion metricsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE5+ years of experience within an agency or in-house marketing teamExperience managing content calendars tied to product launches, campaigns, and brand momentsStrong understanding of analytics and social media management platformsExperience managing influencer relationships and campaignsStrong copywriting and storytelling skillsAbility to create high-quality, engaging photo and video contentStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsA proactive, high-energy, self-starter mentalityStrong understanding of fashion, culture, and the Citizens of Humanity Group brand aestheticCollaborative team player with a positive and solutions-oriented approachVideo editing skills preferredExperience with paid social advertising across Meta and TikTok preferredThis is a full-time, in-person role based out of our Creative Studio in Downtown Los Angeles.
