Tech Support Specialist
You will be the vital link between broken tech and satisfied clients. Reporting to the Production & Repair Coordinator, your daily missions will include:
Tech Triage: Assist and support all repair, testing, and level 1 staging functions across our configuration and deployment teams.
The Fixer: Perform essential diagnostics (pass/fail), cleaning, and preventative maintenance on a huge variety of mechanical and electronic equipment.
