The ideal candidate will be a strategic hunter with a passion for helping agile, fast-growing agencies compete and win. You will be responsible for driving new business across a diverse portfolio of independent agencies, evangelizing Cadents full suite of solutions, and acting as a true partner to help them deliver innovative, data-driven campaigns for their clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including CTV, OTT, and programmatic advertising, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory and agencies to achieve and exceed sales quotas./liliDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to grow Cadents footprint and revenue./liliBuild strong, consultative relationships with agency principals, media directors, and planners, becoming an indispensable resource for their business./liliServe as a hands-on, high-touch partner, guiding agencies on how Cadents solutions can solve their media challenges and drive client success./liliMaster and effectively communicate the value proposition of Cadents full suite of media solutions, including our advanced TV and digital capabilities./liliDeliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that articulate Cadents unique differentiators in the market./liliWork closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and solutions leadership, to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and provide real-time client feedback./liliManage your sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting on a weekly and quarterly basis./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliBe a creative thinker and hunter!/lili3-5 years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong focus on selling advanced TV, CTV/OTT, and programmatic solutions./liliProven experience and established relationships with independent advertising agencies./liliA demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets./liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to break down complex solutions into digestible pitches./liliStrong discovery and strategic-selling skills, with an ability to uncover client needs and pain points./liliDeep knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and data-driven advertising./liliExceptional team player, interested in working as part of a highly coordinated, focused organization./liliAttention to delivering the highest level of sales and operational customer service./liliSelf-motivated, detail oriented and results driven personality./liliMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future./li/ulh3Pay Range/h3pUSD $120,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr./p/div
