Key Responsibilities

Conduct sales through Broker RFP's
Manage sales pipeline and broker managed accounts as a primary liaison
Respond to phone and email inquiries
Perform data entry and lead tracking
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes
Qualifications

1+ years of sales or sales support experience
Strong data entry, math, and computer skills
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
