Key responsibilities
Design and implement competitive compensation programs, including base pay and incentive plans
Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with the company's Total Rewards philosophy and financial objectives
Lead the Total Rewards team, providing coaching and direction to ensure high-quality service delivery
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CCP preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, with prior people leadership experience
Deep understanding of compensation best practices and relevant regulations
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation tools and Excel
Experience managing annual compensation cycles and employee benefits operations
