We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join the team of a fashion company. You'll play a key role in shaping the online presence and community.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the brand's presence across major social media platforms
  • Plan, create, and publish content including short-form video, stories, and static posts
  • Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with broader marketing goals
  • Identify and manage relationships with influencers and content creators
  • Oversee influencer campaigns from outreach through to performance tracking
  • Engage with the online community and monitor brand sentiment
  • Track and report on social media and influencer performance metrics
  • Report to the Marketing Director and collaborate cross-functionally on campaigns


Requirements

  • 3–5 years of social media management experience, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle space
  • Hands-on experience running influencer partnerships and creator campaigns
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends, formats, and best practices
  • Basic content editing skills (photo and/or video)
  • Analytical mindset with experience using social and influencer tracking tools
  • Excellent written communication and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred


Salary: $80,000-$100,000 DOE + benefits


Location: Based in Los Angeles hybrid schedule
