We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join the team of a fashion company. You'll play a key role in shaping the online presence and community.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow the brand's presence across major social media platforms

Plan, create, and publish content including short-form video, stories, and static posts

Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with broader marketing goals

Identify and manage relationships with influencers and content creators

Oversee influencer campaigns from outreach through to performance tracking

Engage with the online community and monitor brand sentiment

Track and report on social media and influencer performance metricsReport to the Marketing Director and collaborate cross-functionally on campaigns

Requirements

3–5 years of social media management experience, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle space

Hands‑on experience running influencer partnerships and creator campaigns

Strong understanding of current social media trends, formats, and best practices

Basic content editing skills (photo and/or video)

Analytical mindset with experience using social and influencer tracking tools

Excellent written communication and project management skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

Location: Based in Los Angeles hybrid schedule
