Responsibilities
Overall safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development for all delivery station operations.
Drive vision for station team and create quality initiatives, process change initiatives and lean initiatives to enable functional area and DS to meet/exceed business plan.
Problem‑solve closing gaps between performance and goals.
Set and clarify requirements and expectations for Operations and Area Managers, measure performance, provide feedback, and hold Ops Managers accountable for their performance and that of their departments.
Manage environment concerning delivery of Amazon orders direct to customers, subject to rising volume and complexity, operating 24/7.
Manage day‑to‑day relationships with multiple Delivery Service Providers (DSPs).
Present operational metrics regularly to senior leadership team.
Hire and develop top talent; create and implement talent plan including acquisition, performance and career management, learning and development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Leverage Operations and Area Managers by sourcing and nurturing ideas, rolling them into improvement plans for functional area.
Cultivate strong culture and engagement throughout all levels of delivery station team.
Take proactive steps to ensure best practices shared across all departments, shifts and network.
Work with key business partners such as Transport & Sortation, DSP Management, Finance, Loss Prevention, IT, HR, ACES and Engineering to build and secure support/resources for projects and initiatives in their area and provide needed support/resources for other staff initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2+ years of equivalent experience.
Other Information
Base salary range: $135,000.00 - $182,700.00 USD annually in USA, TX, Odessa. The package includes sign‑on payments and RSUs.
