Job Description
Seeking a Senior Transmission Line Engineer to support and lead large-scale overhead transmission and EPC power delivery projects. This role serves as a technical and client-facing lead, driving overhead transmission line design from routing through construction while helping expand the company's transmission footprint across the Pacific Northwest.

Key responsibilities include:

Act as responsible engineer and technical client point of contact for power delivery projects

Lead overhead transmission line design efforts from routing through construction support

Serve as Lead Engineer on large, multidisciplinary EPC projects

Prepare, review, and P.E. seal engineering calculations and construction documents

Perform and oversee:

Structure analysis

Foundation and pier design

Development of design criteria and specifications

Increase volume of overhead line work with existing clients

Support business development and client expansion efforts in the Northwest

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Participate in site visits and construction support as needed

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide QA/QC

Mentor and develop junior engineers

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of progressive transmission line / civil-structural engineering experience

Strong overhead transmission experience

Civil engineering background with emphasis on:

Pier foundations (strong preference)

Experience applicable to both overhead and subsurface work

Experience acting as a lead or client-facing engineer

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required

Proficiency with:

PLS-CADD

PLS-POLE

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with PLS-TOWER

Experience supporting large EPC transmission programs
