Responsibilities
Selling guest rooms, meeting space, and other Hyatt services to customer groups.
Managing accounts and conducting site inspections.
Preparing and presenting effective proposals and maintaining well‑organized documentation and reports.
Utilizing Hyatt systems and coordinating customer service requirements.
Participating in and may lead event meetings, sales staff meetings, and projects with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Working as a team member with sales and catering staff and cooperating with the Administrative Assistant and other support staff.
Soliciting high‑potential accounts through direct sales and marketing contacts.
Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
3‑5 years of hotel sales experience.
Proficient general computer knowledge.
Training in selling, negotiating, business writing, and presentation skills.
