Responsibilities Sell guest rooms, meeting space and other Hyatt services to customer groups, manage accounts, conduct site inspections, solicit and generate business.
Prepare and present effective proposals, maintain well‑organized documentation and reports, utilize Hyatt systems and coordinate customer service requirements as appropriate.
Participate in and may lead event meetings, sales and other staff meetings.
Work as a team member with the sales and catering staff and be in close contact with assigned Administrative Assistant and other support staff.
Solicit, through direct sales and marketing contacts, the most complex accounts with potential for business.
Take on leadership functions and assist Director of Sales & Marketing with projects.
Qualifications 3‑5 years of hotel sales experience.
Proficiency in general computer knowledge.
Strong selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills.
A desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Salary Range $90,000 to $115,000
