High Plains Crossing, Greeley's premier Memory Care community, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Director to join our leadership team. In this role, you will guide the sales team in developing and executing strategies that support the community’s occupancy goals while creating a warm, welcoming, and homelike experience for prospective residents and families. You will cultivate and manage relationships with prospects, families, and key referral partners, ensuring a professional and personalized approach throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate is motivated, strategic, and passionate about helping individuals and families discover the right senior living experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
Improve upon the occupancy level of the community in accordance with the marketing and business plans
Close sales by assisting prospective residents, their families and/or advisors in the decision-making process by understanding their needs and showing them how the community can meet and exceed their expectations
Supervise the activities of the sales team
Respond promptly to all inquiries from referral sources, perspective residents and families
Develop and maintain relationships with and generate leads through residents, families, and professional referral sources
Provide information and conduct presentations about services and programs, market advantages, availability, and other relevant information to meet the needs of prospective referral sources and community groups
Plan, coordinate, and implement monthly prospect and/or referral source activities and events as specified by the community marketing plan
Research and provide recommendations for content delivery of brochures, flyers, press releases and other forms of media that promote the community's services
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably in the retirement industry, with a proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads is required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
Ability to observe, listen, and communicate effectively
Proficient with computer skills, and ability to learn new software platforms
Ability to deal tactfully with associates, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/employees and the public
Valid Driver’s license required
Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed
