SUMMARY

Join our team as a Sage Intacct Reporting and Document Customization Specialist! In this role, you will develop and deliver custom reports using the Sage Intacct platform, leveraging Interactive Custom Report Writer, Interactive Visual Explorer, Custom Reports, and Advanced Financial Reports. Collaborate closely with clients, Senior Consultants, and Project Managers to understand business requirements and provide expert reporting solutions tailored to client needs. You will also test for software compatibility, manage project implementations, and deliver training on reporting capabilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with Intacct consulting teams to design, develop, and test advanced reporting solutions.
Follow best practices to ensure the security and integrity of client information.
Engage in meetings to clarify business requirements and reporting objectives.
Guide clients and project teams on feasibility and complexity of proposed solutions.
Assist in integrating report development timelines into the overall project plan.
Ensure reporting customizations align with agreed project scope and objectives.
Conduct tasks related to report design, testing, and documentation.
Provide weekly status updates on report development to Project and Practice Managers.
Deliver on project tasks with excellence and maintain high client satisfaction.
Manage multiple projects, clients, and internal tasks effectively.
Offer both on-site and remote support to Sage Intacct users, resolving queries and issues.
Test third-party applications for compatibility with client reports.
Present information clearly and answer inquiries from clients and managers.
Assist in designing data imports and exports relevant to reporting.
Create dynamic reports using Intacct tools such as Financial Report Writer and Custom Reports.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No direct supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
Sage Intacct Software Certification preferred; knowledge of ICRW, IVE, and Financial Reporting is a plus.
Experience with Sage Intacct, Microsoft Office, and SaaS environments is required.
Proven experience in custom business application design and integration.
Ability to assess client needs across various business processes.
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism across all client levels.
Self-starter with a client-focused approach.
Creative problem-solver with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage training sessions remotely and onsite.
A plus but not required

Experience in construction industry accounting.
Familiarity with programming languages like SQL, JavaScript, or PHP.
Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI.
Ability to handle complex project management effectively.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

May require travel of 10% - 50% to client sites.
