About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP for Regional Marketing in the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end regional marketing agenda, with a focus on driving asset growth, deepening client engagement, and strengthening brand leadership. This role involves leading integrated programs across various marketing channels, including content, digital, paid media, multimedia, events, and sponsorships, in a complex, multi-market, multi-channel environment. Key responsibilities include setting the regional marketing strategy, coaching a high-performing team, orchestrating integrated marketing efforts, enforcing brand governance, managing budgets, and partnering with business leaders to achieve measurable acquisition and retention outcomes.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a CFA or CAIA being preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive marketing experience in asset management across Asia. Deep expertise in wholesale/intermediary and institutional segments, particularly in the Hong Kong and Singapore markets, is essential, with a remit that extends across South Asia and Korea. The role requires proven people leadership skills, cross-functional stakeholder management experience, and a strong background in managing agencies, production houses, and translation workflows. The ideal candidate will be adept at working in a multi-market, multi-channel environment and will be able to ensure brand compliance and governance across different jurisdictions.
