Lead Advertising & Creative Services Manager

We are seeking a Lead Advertising & Creative Services Manager with strong experience in customer retention marketing, advertising campaign management, and external agency collaboration. This role will support a broad range of current customer creative campaigns designed to increase customer loyalty, reduce churn, improve engagement, and drive revenue.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of creative strategy, agency workflows, campaign execution, and cross-functional project management. This person will manage creative campaigns from brief intake through final delivery, ensuring all work is completed on time, on brand, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external agency partners on assigned creative projects.
Build strong cross-functional relationships to align creative strategy with business goals, campaign KPIs, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Manage end-to-end current customer creative campaigns, including:

Reviewing campaign briefs and identifying creative requirements.
Kicking off projects with external agency partners.
Ensuring agency work aligns with brief expectations and brand standards.
Creating, managing, and approving project schedules.
Reviewing and approving creative designs, messaging, and campaign assets.
Presenting well-reasoned creative options during internal reviews.
Leading creative presentations to senior leadership.
Consolidating stakeholder feedback and communicating direction clearly to agency partners.
Maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Serving as the final quality-control point before delivery.
Overseeing final asset delivery within budget, timeline, and technical specifications.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including:

Campaign archives.
Historical campaign data.
Rights expirations and renewals.
Post-campaign learnings and process improvements.

Manage project budgets established by statements of work.
Proactively identify and resolve campaign issues, roadblocks, and timing risks.
Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices to improve project delivery.
Required Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in advertising, creative services, marketing project management, or a related field.
Experience managing external creative agencies from concept through final delivery.
Strong background in end-to-end advertising or creative campaign management.
Experience presenting creative work, campaign strategy, or recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience with customer retention, loyalty, churn reduction, customer engagement, or revenue-driving campaigns preferred.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Required Skills

Strong understanding of the creative development process across multiple channels.
Ability to manage agency-client workflows, including briefs, creative rounds, approvals, revisions, and final delivery.
Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to organize feedback from multiple stakeholders and translate it into clear creative direction.
Strong documentation and follow-through skills.
Ability to independently resolve project challenges and keep work moving forward.
Strong quality-control mindset with the ability to review creative assets, messaging, and deliverables.
Team-oriented approach with the flexibility to support other team members as needed.
Systems & Tools

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong PowerPoint skills for presentations.
Working knowledge of Excel.
Experience with project tracking or project management tools.
Familiarity with creative review and design collaboration tools.
Familiarity with digital asset management or document-sharing platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing creative campaigns in partnership with external agencies. They understand how to take a project from brief intake through agency kickoff, creative development, stakeholder review, approval, quality control, and final delivery. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable presenting to leadership, and able to manage multiple campaigns with competing deadlines.
Experience with retention, loyalty, engagement, upsell, or current-customer marketing campaigns is especially valuable. Experience across digital, on-platform, broadcast, video, or multi-channel advertising environments is also highly relevant.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing multiple concurrent creative campaigns.
Background in retention, loyalty, engagement, or customer lifecycle marketing.
Experience working with external creative, advertising, or media agencies.
Familiarity with static digital assets, video assets, banners, tiles, splash screens, or similar campaign deliverables.
Experience reviewing creative files and understanding common asset formats such as JPG, PNG, and video formats.
Experience supporting senior leadership reviews or executive-level creative presentations.
