Required qualifications
6+ years of experience managing enterprise-level paid search programs in agency or client-side environments
Minimum of 2 years of staff management experience with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and enterprise-scale optimization strategies
Experience supporting complex SaaS, fintech, or performance marketing businesses
