Sports & Competition Coordinator

and help create meaninful experiences for athletes across the Five Valleys Area (Ravalli, Missoula, Lake, Sanders and Granite Counties)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support committees that organize local area competitions
Serve as the main liasion between Special Olympics Montana Sports Department and local volunteers
Ensure events are inclusive, well-organized and aligned with SOMT standards
Qualifications:
Experience with a nonprofit or sports organization is a plus, but not required.
Strong organizational and communication skills are helpful
Work well in a team enviromnet
Support & Training:
Comprehensive and ongoing training provided by Special Olympics Montana staff.
