Overview
We are seeking a Field Service Representative to join our team at Applied Business Concepts, a locally owned Office Technology provider. The Field Service Representative will assist customers by providing product and service information, resolving technical issues, teaching customers to operate office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.), and performing setup, installation, and service of these devices. No experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided. Mechanical aptitude and reliable transportation are required. This role offers an 8 am‑5 pm Monday‑Friday schedule, health insurance, a 401‑K plan, mileage reimbursement, and paid holidays.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services
Qualifications
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
