Visa Status: Independent Consultant

Job Description:
Client seeks an experienced CourseLeaf Specialist to support a critical system upgrade and ongoing catalog and curriculum workflow operations.

CourseLeaf is an academic operations platform designed for higher education institutions. It streamlines various processes such as curriculum management, catalog publication, academic scheduling, advising, registration, and syllabi management, ultimately aiming to improve efficiency, accuracy, and student success. Additionally, CourseLeaf is a cloud-hosted, web-based platform that supports each campus's unique policies.

The successful candidate will serve as the institution's functional lead for the CourseLeaf 10 upgrade — conducting end-to-end testing of CIM proposal forms, workflow routing, the new Reporting Engine, and SIS integration continuity, and serving as the institutional sign-off point before production promotion. Alongside the upgrade work, the contractor will configure and monitor CIM approval workflows, manage course and program proposals through the queue (including rollbacks and shreds), enter approved data into Banner, and administer catalog publishing in CAT — including shared/borrowed content governance, page ownership assignments, and the annual go-live cycle. xsgimln

The engagement also includes developing updated training materials and supporting faculty, department chairs, and registrar staff through any workflow or interface changes introduced in v10. Candidates should bring hands-on CourseLeaf experience, familiarity with Banner, and the ability to hit the ground running in a complex, multi-campus environment.
